Overview
People want an honest lawyer—and they will find one in Lee Garlove. Lee’s practice as a corporate and real estate attorney in Louisville, Kentucky, brings him clients searching for sound and candid advice from an experienced professional. He advises clients on any of their corporate and real estate legal needs and always prioritizes listening carefully and responding promptly. Lee knows that business and real estate deals can feel chaotic, so he strives to help his clients maintain as much control as possible as they work together to achieve the best possible outcome.
Lee’s practice encompasses a wide variety of corporate and real estate matters based on his clients’ needs, including commercial transactions, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, sales and dissolutions, corporate contracting (including non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, operating agreements, master service agreements, and license agreements), leases, independent contractor agreements, and contract negotiation, preparation and review. Lee also has extensive experience representing companies which provide patient support services for pharmaceutical companies and providing them with the counsel they need.
Outside of the office, Lee serves on the Board of Directors for Norton Healthcare, the Norton Cancer Institute Oncology Advisory Council, and was the President of the Norton Healthcare Foundation Board, in addition to serving on the City of Indian Hills City Council. In his spare time, Lee occasionally serves as an announcer for college and high school sporting events.
