Kevin Chlarson is a Member of McBrayer in the firm’s Louisville office, practicing in the firm’s commercial litigation and alcoholic beverage litigation groups. He concentrates primarily on shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, and breaches of fiduciary duties. Kevin’s wide range of business representation experience allows him to more clearly understand the needs of clients to find solid solutions no matter what problems they may be facing.

• Litigated the constitutionality of Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) statutes restricting the sale of alcoholic beverages, breaches of beer distributor contracts, and liquor license application denials by the ABC Board on behalf of licenses - retailers, distributors, and wholesalers - In federal and state courts as well as in Kentucky state administrative proceedings.
