Overview
After earning her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Emily Penn began her legal career as a clerk for Federal Magistrate Judge Brennenstuhl. Over her two years in this role, she refined her research and writing skills, allowing her to work on a range of civil cases handled by McBrayer.
Emily is eager to take on all aspects of civil litigation, from discovery and motion practice to trials. She understands that clients seek representation from attorneys who demonstrate unwavering capability, diligence, and a keen awareness of the evolving legal landscape. She is enthusiastic about leveraging her skills to find effective solutions and provide dedicated support throughout the legal process.
