McBrayer Member Mitchel Denham has been named co-chair of the upcoming gubernatorial inauguration by Gov. Andy Beshear and First Lady Britainy Beshear. He joins the inauguration festivities alongside MML&K Government Solutions principal Sara Osborne, who serves on the inauguration committee.
“It is indeed an honor to be named a co-chair of the Governor Beshear’s second inauguration as Governor of our great Commonwealth,” said Denham. “The theme of Forward, Together chosen by the Governor and First Lady shows the Beshear administration’s commitment to create a better Commonwealth for all, and I’m proud to play a part in furthering the mission.”
Kentucky Transportation Secretary Jim Gray has been named chair of the inauguration, while Nicole Yates of Louisville has been named co-chair alongside Denham. Several honorary co-chairs have been named as well.
Gov. Beshear and Lt. Gov. Jacqueline Coleman will be inaugurated on Dec. 12 during a day of activities in Frankfort. For more information, visit kentucky.gov/inauguration.
Denham is a Member in the Louisville office of McBrayer PLLC, where his practice spans across regulatory matters, general civil litigation and government enforcement actions with a focus on health care law, government regulations, constitutional law, business litigation, and employment law. Osborne has been a member of MML&K Government Solutions since 2013 and has extensive experience with government affairs and the legislative process.
