Overview
Bill Hoback finds great satisfaction in working out complicated problems—and he’s had plenty of experience doing so in his 40-year career as a litigator. Bill handles a wide variety of claims for clients, including insurance defense, malpractice and professional liability defense, legal malpractice defense, property disputes, will and trust contests, personal injury claims, business litigation matters, negligence claims, product liability claims, discrimination claims, and more. In short, Bill’s practice involves any matter that can be litigated, whether civil or criminal, in court or out. With more than 50 trials under his belt, Bill is well-equipped to represent his clients in any type of matter that may arise.
As a defense attorney, Bill knows that facing claims and allegations is an overwhelming and often frightening experience for his clients. Because of this, he prioritizes putting his clients at ease by explaining the process in an accessible way and helping them to gain confidence that the legal system will give them a fair shake as he provides the highest quality representation he can. In even the most complex situations, Bill has a knack for breaking down complicated facts and law into their component parts so that clients and juries can best understand them and reach the most favorable outcome available. Anyone who works with Bill can expect to find a reasonable, levelheaded advocate who listens well and works diligently to separate fact from fiction and advise accordingly, bolstered by decades of valuable litigation experience.
