Overview

After nearly fifty years of practicing law, many of which were spent as an estate planning attorney, Alan Linker understands what his clients want—and how to achieve it. He seeks practical solutions for each client that prioritize their unique needs and goals regarding the disposition of their assets both during life and after death. Alan is adept at implementing various estate planning strategies to minimize or eliminate transfer tax burdens for his clients and their loved ones. His clients can count on him to be responsive, efficient, and informative while they collaborate with him to create a personalized plan.

Alan’s practice also encompasses business and corporate law. His knowledge of business law enhances his estate planning practice, enabling him to consider the business needs of his corporate estate planning clients.
