McBrayer Member Keeana Boarman has been put forward as a nominee for the Commerce Lexington Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee of the Commerce Lexington Board of Directors recently named Ms. Boarman and seven other Lexington leaders as nominees for a three year term on the Board of Directors.
Ms. Boarman currently serves on the Board of Directors, in addition to her practice of corporate and business law as a Member of McBrayer. She is a native Lexingtonian and maintains a deep commitment to serving the Lexington community.
Members of the Executive Board of Commerce Lexington will vote on the nominations in early December.
