One of McBrayer's newest team members, Ed Monarch, was recently quoted in a Louisville Business First article about their transition to McBrayer PLLC from other firms in the region.
Mr. Monarch stated that the move to McBrayer has allowed him to expand his practice from purely tort law.
"The standard of my practice has been hospital and health care defense in litigation, and I’m still doing that and I still love that – to be on the frontlines defending physicians, hospitals and nurses is very rewarding because I know I’m helping people who care for people, and I’m helping defend their reputations and finding a pathway through outcomes,” Mr. Monarch said.
