McBrayer has welcomed eight law students as clerks for the summer of 2023: Kara Legg, Faith Turner, Desmond Varner, Hayden Hickey, and Fatime Kerelaj in Lexington, and Nancy Ngo, Trinity Brown, and Te'Anana Wilson in Louisville. This well-rounded and talented group of rising second and third year law students from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law will spend their summers immersed in the work and culture of the firm. They will have opportunities to get hands-on experience with the practice of law in a variety of practice areas, and will gain first-hand experience with proceedings such as hearings, depositions, closings, contracts, client meetings and oral arguments, all with the guidance of McBrayer attorneys.
McBrayer's law clerk programs serve to enhance and extend the classroom education of law students through in-depth exposure to the practice of law and a collegial, professional firm community, preparing them further for their careers in the legal field.
