On October 19, McBrayer attorney Phillip Pearson will present, "Secure Act: Nuts and Bolts for the Practitioner" as part of the DC Bar Communities Estate and Tax Planning series.
Along with fellow presenter Joshua Wynne, a financial advisor at Edward Jones, Mr. Pearson will share an overview and history of the Secure Act and provide some key pointers to estate planning and probate attorneys to look for and best ways to guide their clients.
