McBrayer Members Robert E. Maclin, III, and Stephen G. Amato will be presenting to the attendees of the Commercial Law League of American Southern Region Conference on Saturday, March 26, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Mr. Amato's presentation, "Kentucky Straight Bourbon Law: Alcohol Law Basics in the Home of Bourbon," will provide attendees with a crash course in Kentucky's alcoholic beverage regulations and how they affect the industry, as well as an update on recent and impending changes to the law.
Mr. Maclin's presentation, "Horse Country Lawyer: Legal Issues in Equine Law," will explain to attendees the unique features of equine law and its affiliated areas of the law, including contracts, veterinary care, gaming, agricultural liability, and syndication, as well as how the very specific field of equine law connects to commercial law and litigation more broadly.
