By unanimous vote, McBrayer Member Anne-Tyler Morgan has been elected Chair of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Industrial Authority. Ms. Morgan’s newest post at the helm of Lexington’s Industrial Authority further underscores her and the firm’s commitment to regional economic development and community service, as Ms. Morgan is also a longtime senior member of Lexington’s Economic Development Investment Board.
The Industrial Authority is Lexington’s commercial and industrial land development entity, organized "to develop land, construct improvements to and building on the land, market, manage and take other such actions as may be necessary to promote and stimulate the acquisition, retention and development of land for industrial and commercial purposes."
Ms. Morgan, who also serves as Chair of McBrayer’s Economic Development practice group, said, “I am honored by this opportunity to continue to help Lexington grow and prosper for years to come.
