Attorneys
The new year at McBrayer PLLC brings with it a new Equity Member, attorney Anne-Tyler Morgan. She takes her place among the firm ownership at a time when the firm continues to expand, both in the increasing number of attorneys and through its newly-opened Frankfort office.
Morgan has been a fixture at McBrayer throughout two stints in practice beginning in 2013. From 2017 through 2018, she was appointed to a series of leadership roles throughout state government before returning to McBrayer. Morgan practices in the areas of healthcare; politics, elections and campaign finance; and has most recently been heavily focused in economic development, chairing the firm’s practice groups for the latter two areas. She serves on the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government’s Economic Development Investment Board and is Chairperson of its Industrial Authority, as well as on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Chamber Foundation and Century Bank of Kentucky in her hometown of Lawrenceburg. Morgan is a statewide Executive Committee member of the Republican Party of Kentucky and volunteers her time as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA of Lexington.
“Anne-Tyler Morgan continues a proud tradition of giving everything her all, from client work to her service to her community,” said James H. Frazier, III, Managing Member. “She is a natural fit for firm ownership, as she embodies the McBrayer ethos in all that she does.”
Morgan practices in both the Lexington and Louisville offices of McBrayer PLLC. More information on her and her practice is available at https://www.mcbrayerfirm.com/professionals-Anne-Tyler-Morgan.html.
