On February 12, McBrayer Member Anne-Tyler Morgan was appointed by Judge Masterton to serve as a Court Appointed Special Advocate through CASA of Lexington, following over thirty hours of in-person training, family court observation, and child development studies. CASA of Lexington provides trained and supervised volunteers to advocate on behalf of the best interest of children who are involved in the family court system due to abuse, neglect, or dependency.
