McBrayer Members Stephen G. Amato and Keeana Sajadi Boarman were recently quoted in The Bourbon Flight from The Lane Report in an article regarding the impacts of the Kentucky bourbon boom on the legal field.
Amato and Boarman, who practice in the firm's hospitality and corporate law groups, respectively, spoke to their experience addressing the growing legal demands of Kentucky's signature distilling industry.
“It is a pretty broad scope of work that these businesses need,” said Boarman, who handles corporate and tax structure matters for distilleries. “It’s a really interesting field and it’s spinning off a lot of great legal work.”
