Businesses: Submit Your Reopen Proposal!

Governor Beshear has created a phased approach to reopen Kentucky’s economy called “Healthy at Work.”  As soon as the Governor determines that Kentucky has met certain public health benchmarks, he will begin authorizing certain qualified businesses to reopen.

Important

The Governor is encouraging business and trade associations to submit a proposal to reopen on behalf of their members.  If you are member of a business or trade association, you are encouraged to provide input to that association as they craft their proposal.  If you are not a member of a business or trade association, you are encouraged to submit the online reopen form individually. Businesses must establish that they can comply with public health protocols and CDC guidelines to reopen.

If you need help crafting and implementing your reopen plan, contact our COVID-19 Response Team.
